Sun Coast Inn
The Building:
CertaPro Painters of Central SW FL was enlisted to paint a local Englewood hotel, The Sun Coast Inn. Built in 1985, Sun Coast Inn has 2 floors and 38 rooms. The Building is on Ainger Creek which leads into Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve.
Scope of the Project:
The professionals of CertaPro Painters of Central SW FL worked on the full-site of the Inn; Cleaning, repairing and painting the exterior of building, including all floors… garage, steps and pool deck house. We coordinated with our client to work around the operations of the company to minimize interruption of their operations, and were mindful of painting while people were coming and going as the safety of employees and those staying at the Inn is of the utmost importance. Our crews were equipped with proper equipment, including a 45’ articulating boom lift to get the project done in a 4 months span, starting in May 2019.
